3. Each image must feature the following copyright: ©FirstnameLastname of the photographer or videographer. This must be specified in the name of each image.
4. When using images on social networks, the Crans-Montana accounts must be tagged: @cransmontana
5. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, modify, sell or circulate images belonging to Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress without specific permission from the copyright holder or photographer/videographer. Publication is authorised only for users with access to the media library, within the framework of these general conditions.
6. Misuse of the images will result in immediate termination of access to the media library. Damages and other rights are expressly reserved.
7. The use of Crans-Montana Tourism images is subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Sierre, Switzerland.
